Our Promise
At Meditive, your satisfaction is our priority. Every product we sell is carefully inspected and packed. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.
Our Standard Resolution: Replacement
We do not follow a standard 7-day return policy. Instead, we provide a free replacement as our primary resolution for any genuine product issue. This keeps things simple and ensures you always have a working product in hand.
When Is a Replacement Eligible?
You are eligible for a free replacement if:
- The product arrives physically damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product stops working within the 1-year warranty period due to a manufacturing defect
Reporting a Problem
- Transit damage: Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video
- Manufacturing defect / warranty claim: Report within the 1-year warranty period with a description and photos of the issue
Refunds — Exceptional Cases Only
A monetary refund is processed only when a replacement is not possible (e.g., item is out of stock permanently). If applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
Non-Eligible Claims
Replacements and refunds are not applicable for:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues reported beyond the warranty period
